Easy Recipe: Almond Parmesan Tilapia
I have never been much of a fish fan. I love seafood but, there is just something about fish that doesn't strike my fancy. Having a husband who loves fish so much that he eats things like lutefisk presented a slight problem considering my anti-fish stance. It has taken a couple of years, but, I have finally compiled a handful of easy tilapia recipes that I can enjoy and the kids will ask for. This particular recipe is our favorite family fish recipe.

Serves: 4-6
Prep Time: 30 Minutes
Total Time: 1 Hour
Ingredients:
- 6-8 Frozen Tilapia
- 2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Ranch
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Sliced Almonds
- Paprika
- Greek Seasoning
- Celery Salt
While this is an easy recipe is definitely a messy one to make!
Grab three large bowls. In the first place the flour. In the second mix the milk and the ranch together. And in the third combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, sliced almonds, and spices. I use about two handfuls of parmesan cheese and sliced almonds and a tablespoon of each seasoning. Greek seasoning is my favorite spice so if I want to add more spice to the mixture that is the one I add more of first. When adding parmesan cheese and sliced almonds keep in mind that you will also top the tilapia with these ingredients once they are fully breaded and ready to be baked. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
For each tilapia, flour, coat, and bread. I would suggest having your pan close to your "assembly line" because it will get sticky and drip everywhere! Once every tilapia has been breaded top with extra parmesan and sliced almonds as wanted. I am very generous in the amount I put on.
Bake for 15-30 minutes. Use a fork and gently press into the fish. It should come apart with ease.
And serve! This really is an easy tilapia dish. I have yet to make this for a meal and not have someone enjoy it.
